Pale amber, IPA style with a lower abv. but no holding back on the hops. Big tropical fruit notes with a spicy, resinous, smooth bitter finish. Dry hopped with Mosaic.
What The Brewery Says “First Chop Brewing Arm was established in 2012 when founder Richard Garner borrowed a local micro brewery and began brewing 400 litres of beer per month. He delivered the beer from the boot of his car in his spare time whilst continuing to run his successful bar and restaurant.
Within 12 months demand was such that a larger brewery was needed and in July 2013 production transferred to a purpose built plant capable of brewing 5,000 litres per week in Salford, Greater Manchester.
Demand has again seen the need for a relocation and in March 2017 production began in a new plant capable of producing over 20,000 litres per week.
First Chop is now leading the way in gluten free craft beer production."
